MeetFlow Social helps people organize a meetup without group-chat chaos. We collect only what is needed to make the event link work. No selling data. No ad tracking. No mysterious growth wizardry.
Who is responsible
The data controller is the creator of MeetFlow Social. The easiest way to reach us is through the contact form in the app. Use it for deletion requests or privacy questions.
What we collect
Host: email address and name from Google, so you can sign in and see your events. Guest: the name they type, RSVP response, venue vote and an anonymous cookie identifier so the app remembers their choice for that event.
Why we use it
To create events, show who is coming, save votes and let hosts manage their events. The legal basis is providing the service the user requests, plus our legitimate interest in keeping the app secure and working.
Event links are semi-public
Anyone with the event link can see the event details, RSVPs and voting. Do not put anything in an event that you would not want people with the link to see. It is not a vault; it is more like a tasteful invitation card.
Technical providers
Hosting: Vercel. Database and sign-in: Supabase (EU region). Google sign-in: Google Ireland. Product analytics: PostHog (EU region). Error monitoring: Sentry. Maps and venue suggestions: Google Maps Platform. They process data only so the app can run.
How long we keep data
Event data is kept while the event or host account exists, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for operation and security.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, or object to processing. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, UODO. Please contact us first. We prefer fixing things without paperwork gymnastics.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in and to remember a guest’s choices on an event. Analytics runs server-side only, with no ad tracking and no marketing cookies in your browser.
